Bishop’s Stortford Baptist Church is a well-established and growing congregation in a lively market town with an active youth work and community outreach programme. Our large congregation is drawn from diverse backgrounds and all ages.
We are seeking a Senior Minister to lead our church and who:
· Can articulate a clear and inspiring vision, lead teams and develop others;
· Enjoys confidence in the whole Bible as God’s Word and is able to communicate well its breadth of teaching;
· Is a convinced evangelical;
· Can oversee the delivery of pastoral care and;
· Has a desire to see people come to living faith and be discipled.
