We wish to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic person ready to help build upon and grow our already thriving kids’ ministry. You will help children and families to encounter the love of Jesus and to become part of our church as a welcoming and hospitable, all-age community of faith. The role will include working closely and for around 50% of the time with our thriving day nursery looking how the church can best serve the community of families here and bring collaboration between the church and nursery. The purpose of the role is to lead, deliver, grow and develop our Kids programme here at Kidderminster Elim church, focussing specifically on the 0 – 11-year age group through the church outreach and by working in conjunction with our thriving day nursery.
