The Pastoral Lead plays a key role in shaping and sustaining a culture of care within LGCC. Working closely with the Pastors and wider team, this person will develop systems, structures, and teams that ensure pastoral care flows naturally throughout the church. The role combines relational ministry with strategic leadership—equipping and empowering volunteers, supporting Connect Groups, and overseeing integration and discipleship pathways. The Limitless Youth Leader will lead and develop LGCC’s youth ministry, discipling young people and equipping them to live out their faith in everyday life.
