We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Youth Leader to join us at OBC to lead us on in our ministry to young people, both within and outside of the Church, recognising the importance of the past whilst also challenging us on how best to prepare for the future. We're seeking someone to oversee and develop all youth-related activities within and related to the ministry of Oadby Baptist Church, with a specific responsibility for the teaching , discipleship and pastoral care of young people (ages 11-18) in order to develop and nurture their faith in Jesus Christ.
