St Andrew’s Chorleywood is seeking a Worship Pastor to join our team. The role involves leading sung worship across a range of services and helping to build and develop a team of volunteer musicians, worship leaders, sound and A/V operators. The Worship Pastor will also oversee the preparation and delivery of worship, ensuring it is well-organised and supports the life of the church. The role offers the opportunity to shape the worship life of St Andrew’s, working alongside the Vicar, wider staff team and congregation.
