We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team in a unique job share arrangement, combining two critical roles within our ministry. This position involves working 20 hours per week focusing on Worship and 20 hours per week supporting Youth Ministry, amounting to a total of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will work closely with our current Worship Pastor and our Youth Pastor and together, you'll form a collaborative team, dedicated to guiding our worship and youth communities. Specific responsibilities will be tailored to each post-holder’s strengths and areas of expertise, and these details will be discussed and agreed upon during the selection process.
