The Wellbeing Practitioner will lead the delivery of our Grow intervention in schools, providing group-based and one-to-one support to young people. They will also contribute to our after-school drop-in and offer insight and guidance to the wider team. The Wellbeing Practitioner needs to be a compassionate, attentive listener who can hold space for others with empathy and care. They must be confident faciltating structured groupwork, able to maintain professional boundaries, and committed to long-term transformation in young people’s lives.

We are looking for a Youth and Schools worker to deliver a range of high quality programmes in local secondary schools, working alongside our staff team and volunteers. The Youth and Schools Worker will deliver a range of interventions in schools including lessons, assemblies, lunch clubs and therapeutic support for students. They will work closely with our outstanding volunteer team from local churches. At our Hub in Thrapston, they’ll support our existing after-school youth work. Souster Youth needs a highly motivated, conscientious and resourceful team member. The Youth and Schools Worker needs to have excellent interpersonal skills and be a good communicator.
