Part-time (12 works per week), £7,800 per annum This person will be part of the Ministry and Pastoral Team and will be expected to: Help create an environment in which children and young people can grow spiritually and develop their faith, building on Walton-on-Thames Methodist Church’s (WMC) existing work (Messy Church, Sunday School and Youth Group) with children and young people aged 7 to 15.   Be responsible for the pastoral care and development of the children and youth work programmes and  enable children and young people to be fully participating members of the Church. Develop new initiatives for children and young people in Walton-on-Thames, possibly through pioneer work in conjunction with other existing churches and organisations and through follow up with Messy Church families.
