The Hub is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team of staff and volunteers. The Cook will be responsible for various aspects of the kitchen, hygiene, preparation and cooking. The cook will work closely with the Hub Manager in the day-to-day preparation & presentation of food and cleaning. There will also be the requirement to cater for occasional functions as and when required. Principal accountabilities Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards Working within a small team within a fast-paced and pressurised environment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
