We are seeking to appoint a Youth Development Worker to join our dynamic youth work team, extending and growing our work in Rochford.
Youth Development Workers pioneer, develop and co-ordinate youth work provision with a specific area of work. They recruit, train and lead youth work teams to sustain and grow this work as well as networking with churches, schools, voluntary and statutory agencies, and local authorities in order to increase impact.
