Braintree Youth Project Charity seek to employ an Apprentice Youth Support Worker for a youth charity based in Braintree, Essex.
This apprenticeship is a Level 3 Award in Youth Support Work. It is anticipated the duration of the apprenticeship will be 12 - 18 months.
The job will be based at the Charity’s premises on the edge of the town centre. It is for 30 hours per week, and evening and weekend work is an essential part of the role. Study time is included in the 30 hours.
Although we are a Christian charity, the work is non-proselytising and the majority of young people who attend are not Christians. We seek to show God's love through actions and support.
Braintree Youth Project Charity is a Christian organisation, creating a caring safe community in which young people are respected, valued and offered opportunities. BYPC also known as 'The Hut', serves 11-18 year olds in the Braintree districts, by holding drop in sessions and organising trips.
