We are delighted to be partnering with Feba, who use radio and other audio media to inspire people to follow Jesus. Established for over 60 years and working today with partners across Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Feba has a particular focus on contexts that are considered ‘closed’ or where it is difficult to be Christian.
We are seeking a Director of Fundraising and Communications with excellent fundraising skills and donor journey management experience. The successful candidate will have a successful track record of trying new things and thriving on getting things done.
To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate experience of:
leading a team to deliver income growth;
successfully acquiring new supporters across traditional and digital platforms;
developing new income streams and fruitful fundraising products;
managing organisation-wide messaging and increasing brand awareness.
We’re looking for someone who has a sincere heart for communicating Feba’s Christ-centred mission with personal conviction, energy and enthusiasm. You will be enthused by the opportunity to lead, manage and grow a small team, with innovation and creativity at your core.
