JOB TITLE: Fundraising Retention Lead

HOURS OF WORK: Part-time (14 hours per week), Wednesday to be included as a working day.

REPORTING TO: Head of Fundraising
SALARY: £30k - £40k pa depending on skills and experience, pro rata £12,000 pa - £16,000 pa

Through heartfelt communication and impactful storytelling, you'll communicate the significant difference our donors' support makes, ensuring they feel deeply connected and valued by Premier. Your efforts will directly contribute to sustaining and advancing Premier’s mission, to help people encounter God through media.
About the Role:
As our Fundraising Retention Lead, you’ll become a pivotal force in ensuring donor satisfaction and engagement. This role is designed for those who are moved by the potential of media to bring about positive change and who have a deep passion for fostering meaningful relationships with our supporters. Your mission will be to ensure that every donor feels valued, connected, and inspired to continue their support, directly contributing to Premier’s overarching goal of helping people encounter God through media.
Who We’re Looking For? You will:
• Bring at least 5 years of experience in fundraising retention, subscription marketing or a closely related field, with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance donor retention.
• Have a track record of successfully increasing retention rates and managing the lifecycle of supporters, demonstrating an understanding of how to keep donors engaged over time.
• Possess strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to derive actionable insights and inform retention strategies.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for crafting messages that connect emotionally and intellectually with a diverse audience.
• Show familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems, using technology to streamline processes and personalize donor experiences.
• Display a collaborative spirit that enhances team efforts, alongside the capability to lead projects independently, driving initiatives forward with confidence and creativity.
