We are looking for someone who shares our passion for children and families and seeing them come to faith and grow in their relationship with Jesus. The aim of the role is to enable parents and children to confidently live out their faith and to become passionate worshippers and radical disciples of Jesus. The role holder will develop current and new ministries to reach new families and have a positive impact on the community, understanding current social pressures, and envision innovative ways of meeting those needs, whilst sharing the gospel and the love of Christ. The role holder will develop relevant, inspiring, and captivating content for ministries operating throughout the week across all ages from 0 to 10 and be able to motivate and inspire teams of volunteers to deliver this engaging, gospel-rich, material to deepen young children and their families' relationship with Jesus.
