Children's Worker and/or Youth Worker

YOUTH WORKER and/or CHILDREN’S WORKER *

Central Baptist Church, Chelmsford, Essex

Full Time: £25,000 - £30,000 p.a. for combined role

Part Time: Pro-rata for min. 23hrs p.w. incl. Sundays and two mid-weekdays for split roles

We are looking for one or two new colleagues who are dynamic, gifted, and passionate about God to join our large (350+) and lively multi-national church, to head up our growing (100+) youth and children’s ministry.

You’ll work alongside an experienced staff team and manage an amazing group of volunteers, overseeing our Sunday Y&C’s programme and a wide variety of other Y&C’s groups and events. The role involves the pastoral care and discipleship of young people within the church as well as reaching out to others, through school’s ministry, social-media, and your own new initiatives.
