Job Description

Hope Baptist Church is a great family to be part of, with two Ministers and a newly formed partnership with Plymouth Youth for Christ, it is an exciting time to join the team. We currently have around 45 (0-11’s) registered with us on a Sunday morning but are engaging with more toddler families in the week too! So, this is a ministry which is set up, but now needs strategic input to disciple our children well and start new outreach groups to bridge current gaps. You will have strategical and spiritual oversight for our work with children aged 5-11. This involves leading a team of volunteers to plan a programme of discipleship (including but not exclusively Sunday mornings) and pioneering an outreach programme to engage primary school aged children from the local community and schools with faith.
This is a full time role, part time applications will also be considered.
