We are looking for someone who is resident in the United Kingdom and if needed has a working visa who will work with our current pastoral team and come under the leadership of our Senior Pastors/Founders.
The attributes we are looking for is someone who has a hunger for the things of God and a heart for people inside and outside of the church. They need to be someone who is called to the role and is willing to step out in faith to all that God has for them. The candidate will be able to relate to all ages and cultures. They will be spirit filled and have a servant heart. They will be keen to grow personally and also run with the current vision of the church and help it to grow further. They will be creative, resilient and able to show leadership. They will be able to lead with truth, anointing and passion. We are excited for this next part in our history and we are keen to find the right candidate.

Birthed in 2003 we are a non-denominational charismatic church. We are made up mainly of young families, children and youth as well as other age groups. As a church we are connected to the nations through our Senior Pastors, who with a new Pastor-Team Leader in position, intend to spend more time serving this calling. The church are members of the Evangelical Alliance.
The role:
1. To serve the people in the church with love and care.
2. To continue the vision from Isaiah 61 that God has given us as a church.
3. To lead and administrate the teaching and Connect groups within the church.
4. To preach and teach God’s Word on a consistent basis.
5. To lead the other pastors and vision teams to care for the church.
6. To work with the other leaders within the church.
7. To serve the Senior Pastors and be willing to be mentored by them.
8. To enthuse and give direction with passion and purpose.
9. To serve with humility and grace.
10. To be encouraging a strong prayer culture within the church.
There will of course be other parts to the role and these along with salary will be discussed should we go further forward in the process.
