As the Chief Collaboration Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to key functions and areas of expertise within the Global Centre (GC) with a view to driving collaboration, alignment, enabling operations and mitigating risk. As we focus on our mission to bring life in all its fullness to vulnerable children and realise Our Promise, you will play a key role driving a culture that is aligned with our core values, and mindsets and behaviours, balancing strategic alignment with agility and focus in execution.
You will work closely with the World Vision (WV) International CEO and President (CEO), and be called to deputise for the CEO in various capacities, including (but not limited to) Crisis Leadership Teams, targeted strategic initiatives, Board Sub-committees, Regional Forums and as a President’s Nominee on WV Boards as appropriate.
Working closely with the CEO, and the Office of the President, and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ExL) and Strategic Realisation Steering Committee (SRSC), you will provide long range strategic planning and integration and management of key strategic functions across the partnership including:
