The Board of Trustees are looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader to be responsible for the strategic direction for the school, ensuring it operates in alignment with Christian values and provides high-quality education. This role requires a strong commitment to the school’s Christian ethos, academic excellence, and pastoral care for all pupils. The Headteacher will lead a team of educators and support staff to foster a nurturing environment that promotes spiritual, intellectual, and personal growth for all members of the school community. The Headteacher must have a strong personal Christian commitment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A committed and practising Christian with a passion for education and spiritual leadership.
• Qualified teacher with a significant track record of teaching and leadership experience (preferably at a senior level).
• Strong understanding of Christian education and its role in shaping the academic, moral and spiritual development of pupils.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of educators and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with pupils, parents, staff and the wider community.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of pupils.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in financial management and resource allocation in a school setting is desirable.
