This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Pastor to lead an
English speaking congregation. We are a growing Christian, Evangelical
Church in southeast Spain. We have a committed team of staff and volunteers.
You will be part of a team ministry of three churches within one building.
We need someone who will continue the journey of spiritual growth for the ICA.
We are looking for:
• A leader who loves and knows the Word of God
• A leader of leaders, able to encourage, delegate and release others for ministry and able to teach.
• Flexibility, honesty and the ability to embrace an informal style
• Vision, as we work together to recast our vision for the next decade
• Collaboration, with excellent communication and teamwork skills, to enable the congregation to flourish and grow.
