We are looking to appoint a passionate, organised leader as Operations Director to oversee the effective and efficient management of the fabric, facilities and events of the church.
This role is designed to work alongside the Operations Director responsible for ministry and administration, to ensure that structures and systems are in place to meet the needs of our ministries and enabling future growth. In addition, the role includes directing the next phase of church buildings redevelopment and working toward the goal of net zero by 2030.
