What is a Ministry Assistant?
As a Ministry Assistant, you will have the opportunity to experience life as part of the leadership team at a thriving London church, to grow in your leadership gifts and discover new gifts, grow in your walk with Jesus and serve the mission of the church.

Ministry Assistants have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a wide variety of areas across the life of the church, whether that is in worship and production, kids and youth ministry, Alpha and evangelism or serving through one of our many community ministries.

What the role offers

• Being paid the London Living Wage plus work related expenses and annual leave.
• Opportunity for training. Past training for interns has come from a range courses run by Holy Trinity Brompton, St. Mellitus, and Worship Central.
• Opportunities to develop your existing gifts and explore new ones such as leading, serving, speaking, worship, children and youth work, etc.
• A 21st century working environment with up-to-date technology and a top-notch coffee shop!
• Be part of the church leading Bubble Church, a service for families and little ones, running in more than 60 churches across the UK.
• Support and friendship from engaged and kind congregations, a strong staff team, committed Church Wardens and a wise and active PCC.
