This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership and operational oversight with
deep commitment to following and worshipping Jesus. The Managing Director will work
closely with the Board of Trustees to shape and deliver the long-term vision of David’s Tent,
oversee day-to-day operations, ensure financial sustainability, and cultivate a loving and
faith-filled culture among staff, volunteers, and partners.

* Has proven experience in senior leadership and organisational management.
* Brings strong financial acumen.
* Can inspire others, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships.

David’s Tent is a movement of worshippers with a heart to see the UK and beyond offering

festival and other smaller gatherings that inspire prayer, discipleship, and unity in the body of
Christ. As we look to the future, we are seeking a Managing Director to help steward our
vision and culture, and to lead the organisation into its next season of growth and impact.
