Interim Children and Youth Pastor (35 hrs, initial 12 month contract)

If so, you could be our next Interim Youth & Children Pastor.

It's exciting to see how God has blessed our children and youth work and we are now looking to appoint someone full-time for an initial period of 12 months, with a view to the role becoming permanent. We are looking for someone that enjoys creating vision and empowering teams of volunteers to lead and disciple children and young people into a life of faith in Jesus.

We seek someone who is:

• a strategic thinker who is good at building relationships, teams and developing young leaders
• passionate about children and young people (from birth to 18) and their families
• outward looking with a family and community focus
• spirit-filled and rooted in God’s word
• able to work effectively with others
