Quality Manager (ISO9001 & AS9100) (Engineering/Manufacturing) 

 As a senior leader, the Quality Manager will champion Turbocam UK’s mission and values—promoting integrity, ownership, respect, teamwork, and excellence. You’ll drive operational excellence and continual improvement across our ISO9001 and AS9100 systems, collaborate globally with our US team, and help shape a culture where quality, purpose, and innovation thrive.

Come Build With Us By:

• Leading the Quality Assurance and Inspection functions, including policy development, compliance, accreditation, and auditing.
• Driving continual improvement and ensuring systems meet international, national, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Overseeing departmental performance in Quality, Delivery, Safety, and Personnel, ensuring high standards of execution and alignment with company values.
• Acting as a key contributor to wider company goals and strategic planning, with an emphasis on long-term sustainability and innovation.
• Building strong internal and external relationships that promote collaboration and integrity.

Bring Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven leadership in Quality Assurance, with at least five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100 systems. You will be degree qualified (or equivalent), a Certified Internal Auditor, and confident working with QMS/ERP systems and analytical tools. You will also demonstrate the ability to inspire and develop a team, managing performance fairly while fostering a positive, values-driven environment.

Salary range: (£58k-£62k - Market related – experience dependent)
