Operations Director

• Are you a natural team builder and recruiter, who is able to bring harmony between people, systems and strategy?
• Can you provide clarity on the roles, relevant personnel and the interaction with various systems, to enable people to serve according to their skills and calling?
• Do you excel at working with others, to determine the processes and functions required to enable a church community to thrive?
• Do you have established management experience either in business, charity, education or church sectors?
• Are you a self-learner on good organisational practices & delivery?
• Are you able to understand the interactions of various teams across a church, including Sunday services, discipleship ministries and missional teams, and communicate these eff ectively so that all support areas are delivered well?

Riverside is a large & vibrant church in Birmingham seeking to appoint a new Operations Director to oversee the operational and organisational life of the church, helping to turn vision and strategy into reality.
