This is a new post to develop and support our ongoing work with children/youth and schools and to build links with parents and families. (18 hours a week) We are looking and praying for someone who: Has a heart to nurture faith in the next generation  Will be able to have an overall view of what is going on but not take over what our volunteers and church family are already doing Has experience of working with children, youth, families, volunteers and schools Is able to make connections with others and can communicate effectively with all ages. Ministry Pastor (Youth) Summary of the role :  The post holder will be responsible for pastorally leading and organising Trent Youth events and activities, alongside the Senior Ministry Pastor, and to help lead the Trent Youth Team. You must have a passion for youth ministry, strong leadership skills, and a heart for guiding young people in their faith journey.
