Your new role We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to join the Nacro team in Colchester/Chelmsford area on a 3 month basis minimum. The main focus of this role is to provide support to Residents by creating person centred support plans. You will meet with Residents, discuss support needs and how you can support them to meet their objectives; complete Support and Safety Plans, work with Community Probation Practitioners and Court Staff to best support our Residents.
