Role purpose
The Campaign Coordinator & Engagement Lead plays a key relational role within Mission Housing, acting as the first point of contact for enquirers and walking alongside applicants throughout their journey — from initial conversation through to successful shared ownership purchase.
This role combines pastoral sensitivity, practical coordination, supporter engagement and communications. The successful candidate will help applicants navigate the Mission Housing process, support campaigns to raise loans and donations, and contribute to the organisation’s wider communications and visibility. No prior experience of property is needed as we will provide you with all the training you need.
