Our Youth Pastor will be a member of the pastoral staff with responsibility for working with Students and Young Adults (aged approximately 15-30) and will report to the Senior Pastor. This position will provide teaching, discipleship, evangelism and also meet other youth and young adult ministry needs. Headley Down Community Church (HDCC) is seeking to appoint a part-time Lead Pastor, to lead the church though its next phase of development.  HDCC is the only church in Headley Down and serves a population of about 5,000 living in Headley Down itself as well as drawing church attendees from the surrounding towns and villages.
