Founded by Daniel and Jeanie Ough, Sandpiper Coaching has helped professionals navigate career transitions for more than two decades. Daniel and Jeanie have worked with individuals across a wide range of professions, helping people identify their strengths, build confidence, prepare for interviews, develop effective CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and successfully navigate career change.
Alongside their professional coaching practice, they have spent many years serving churches, Christian organisations and mission agencies around the world, supporting people through significant life and career transitions. Their passion is helping Christians discover the next step God is calling them to take, whether in ministry, the workplace or a completely new direction.

Meet Daniel

Daniel Ough is a certified professional coach with more than twenty years' experience helping people navigate career change with confidence.
Before becoming a career coach, Daniel enjoyed a successful career as a Chartered Engineer. He understands first-hand the challenges of changing direction and the importance of finding work that is both meaningful and sustainable.
Daniel believes career coaching is more than helping someone find their next job. His approach is to equip people with the confidence, practical tools and clear direction they need to build a fulfilling career while remaining true to their values and faith.
He has coached professionals at every stage of their careers, from graduates to senior executives, and has also spent many years volunteering alongside Christian mission organisations, supporting missionaries and Christian leaders around the world through periods of transition and change.
Meet Jeanie

Jeanie Ough brings a wealth of professional and life experience to her coaching, having previously practised as a lawyer before moving into career coaching alongside Daniel.
She is passionate about helping people discover clarity during seasons of uncertainty, encouraging them to recognise their strengths and move forward with confidence.
Jeanie has worked extensively with individuals navigating career change, returning to employment, responding to redundancy and seeking greater purpose in their working lives. Her coaching style combines practical guidance with compassionate encouragement, creating a supportive environment where clients can explore new possibilities and take positive steps towards the future.
Alongside her coaching work, Jeanie has served with Christian organisations internationally, helping missionaries and ministry workers as they navigate significant life and career transitions.
