Full-Time Assistant / Associate Pastor

Are you passionate about Jesus, people and seeing lives transformed by God’s love?
We’re a vibrant regional church family of around 250–300 people, drawn from across North Lancashire, North Yorkshire and South Cumbria, and we’re looking for an Assistant / Associate Pastor to join our team.
Working alongside our Senior Pastor and leadership team, you’ll help us pursue our vision to see lives and communities transformed by God’s amazing love. Depending on your gifting and experience, the role will include preaching and leading services, pastoral care, and developing our outreach into the local community. Salary: £35,802–£48,438, dependent on experience
