We are searching for the right person to lead and coordinate our pastoral networks to care for those in need and to nurture those who are followers of Jesus.  The Pastoral Ministry Leader is a staff role within Chichester Baptist Church  and the role holder will be part of a team supporting the development and implementation of the church’s mission and vision – for people to commit to and become more like Jesus. Working alongside the other members of the Leadership Team your core responsibilities will be those of a pastor and shepherd (John 21:16) in the broadest sense.
