The CEO will provide strategic, spiritual, and organisational leadership to the charity, ensuring that its Christian ethos, charitable objectives, and community mission are effectively delivered. The postholder will lead staff and volunteers, strengthen partnerships, ensure good governance, secure sustainable funding, and oversee the safe and effective running of all services and activities.
