Building foundations. Restoring hope.
Right now, too many young people are falling through the gaps. Let down by an overstretched education system that is unable to meet their needs.
Well over a million young people are struggling to regularly access mainstream education due to anxiety, trauma, unmet needs, exclusion or simply because the system was never built for them.
It means brilliant, capable young people are left feeling lost, rejected or misunderstood. Their hope is crushed. Their God-given potential is lost.
That’s where Acorn Alternative Provision steps in.
Since 2023, Acorn has been running alternative provision centres across the UK for young people not thriving in mainstream education. We have four centres – and we’ve proven our unique model works. Lives have been transformed.
At Acorn, we believe every young person has a future worth nurturing. So, we create safe spaces where young people are valued, built up and given a genuine second chance.
In our alternative provision centres across the UK, qualified teachers support young people with a trauma-responsive, therapeutic approach. Our expertise in supporting young people with special educational needs (SEN) ensures no one is left behind.
We partner with local churches to strengthen the holistic care we provide, offering young people and their families a supportive community and a place to belong.
We'd love you to join our team!
