We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the College’s activities. Managing a small administrative team, you will ensure the smooth running of the College in line with its Christian values and ethos, and that all students and staff are well supported. We are looking for a capable and experienced administrator with some basic bookkeeping experience to support us in the crucial day-to-day running of Festive and to join our friendly staff team. As well as being a committed Christian with a passion to see young people reached with the gospel, the successful candidate will have strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail. They will also have experience working in a small business/charity. The role will carry various responsibilities including some general bookkeeping, organising wages and payments, preparing basic financial reports, communications with supporters and stakeholders, distributing resources and other general admin tasks. The role will also include co-ordinating prayer support for students and chaplains in colleges. We are looking for a new Operations Manager to join us in our mission to FE and take on the vital role of managing and overseeing the operations and running of the charity, working with our friendly staff team and trustees. As well as being a committed Christian with a passion to see young people reached with the gospel, the successful candidate will have experience in line managing staff and in project management. They will be a highly competent organiser, with good written skills and able to communicate well with staff and charity supporters. The role will carry various responsibilities including overseeing the charities fundraising strategy, supporter engagement, policies, management accounts and financial forecasts, and most importantly line managing and supporting our small team of wonderful part-time staff.
