Job Description
Role: This is a broad ranging role leading on Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, IT, Health & safety,
Compliance and Safeguarding; line managing three part time staff (finance, admin & facilities); enabling ministry leaders (both staff and volunteers); and supporting our trustees as company secretary. Further details are in the job description document.
Hours: This is a part time role, 32 hours (4 days) a week, with generous holiday allowance. There is potential for the role to become full time in the future.

3 Counties Vineyard is a growing church family of about 250 adults and has vibrant children and youth groups. We are led by a leadership team of six people with Dave Wright as our Senior Leader. We also have a great staff team of seven people and are blessed with an amazing group of over 70 people who lead small groups, ministries and various teams.
