We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to lead our wonderfully dynamic and friendly House Team at Lee Abbey. This is a fantastic role and extremely rewarding. We are looking for someone with previous experience in housekeeping with leadership skills. Applicants should possess excellent organisation and communication skills, be a self-starter and able to lead, inspire and encourage a team in a diverse multicultural environment. Clear communication is vital for this role, as well as relating well to people, including those from overseas, where English is not their first language. Fostering a positive, supportive environment and maintaining a high level of morale and enthusiasm within the House Team is very important.
