Personal Wellbeing Advisor A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join Pact as we start delivering a new community-based service supporting people with convictions to improve their personal wellbeing and strengthen family relationships. The Post location will be Coventry & Leamington Spa, with occasional outreach to Stratford-upon-Avon and Rugby. One-to-one support will be core to the service including building trust and undertaking activities and interventions that meet the needs of each individual. You will also deliver group sessions and workshops to support the development of skills and strategies such as communication, resilience, negotiation and assertiveness skills; confident and responsible parenting behaviours and positive coping strategies.
