PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To lead and deliver Lifecentral Church's youth ministry (11-18s) in alignment with the vision, values and strategic direction set by the Senior Leadership Team. This role focuses on excellent programme delivery, volunteer leadership, and discipleship of young people, while contributing to the wider life and mission of the church. MAIN DUTIES Programme Coordination and Engagement Organise and lead weekly youth gatherings, including Sunday youth sessions and midweek youth programmes. Support the delivery of outreach initiatives and social events designed to engage young people both within the church and wider community. Create, welcoming, safe and engaging environments where young people feel known, valued and encouraged in their faith journey.
