This charity is launching a pioneering employment programme designed to create opportunities for people who often face barriers when looking for work. You'll support a small group of learners on their journey towards employment, helping them identify their strengths, explore career options and take meaningful steps towards a more independent future. This isn't a desk-based role. You'll be out in the community, meeting learners in places where they feel comfortable, building relationships with local employers and creating opportunities that can genuinely change lives.
