At ECN, we want every child from early childhood through the end of primary ‑ school age (0 - 11s) to feel safe, welcomed, and excited to learn about Jesus in ways that connect with them. This role is all about shaping that kind of environment – building a ministry that’s vibrant, nurturing, and rooted in a genuine love for God and for families. You’ll oversee our Sunday kids programmes, champion children’s discipleship, support parents and carers, and help ensure children are woven into the life of the wider church.
