Role Purpose SOUL Church is seeking a passionate and visionary Kids Pastor to lead and develop our children’s ministry (ages 0–11). This role carries full responsibility for ensuring that every child encounters the love of God, grows in their faith, and feels safe, valued, and connected within church life. The Kids Pastor will pioneer and implement engaging, faith-filled strategies that disciple children, equip parents, and mobilise teams—building a ministry that is safe, fun, excellent, and fully aligned with the wider vision of SOUL Church.
