Job Description Position: Pastor Salary Range: £32,000–£38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Reports To: Trustees (for employment purposes) and National Leader (for FM purposes) Context This role serves King’s Church Penwortham (near Preston) which is a local church of 50 members within the Free Methodist Church in the UK and Ireland, a movement rooted in Wesleyan-Arminian theology.
