The role The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations during non-business hours, supervising a team of employees, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining safety standards, and addressing any issues that arise throughout the night shift, while reporting to upper management and ensuring the overall efficiency and quality of services during the nighttime period.
