We are prayerfully seeking a Site Pastor for our Linthorpe congregation. This is a part-time position to shepherd and grow this new congregation while working in harmony with the wider Beacon Church team. The Linthorpe Site Pastor will provide spiritual, pastoral, and visionary leadership for the afternoon congregation – loving the people, helping them mature as disciples, and mobilising the group for God’s mission in the Linthorpe area. You will be part of The Beacon Church staff and leadership structure, reporting to the Senior Pastor and collaborating with the existing leadership team and ministry leaders. As such, you must carry visionary initiative for the Linthorpe community and be a team player within the whole-church framework.
