We are recruiting someone to lead and develop our mentoring and schools work, to grow the project so that more young people can access the support they need offered through our work. We are looking for someone who can develop, lead and manage Mentoring in schools and the community across Bath & North-East Somerset (BANES). We currently work in 7 secondary schools and 1 primary school and want to work in more schools across the county. We also want to increase the number of young people we mentor in the community and increase the numbers of young people referred to us. The successful candidate will be responsible for registering LUX Youth Project with the Local Authority to be an approved Alternative Provision provider and will oversee the delivery of mentoring as part of this project.
