Bassenfell Manor Christian Centre is owned and operated by Christian Outdoor Pursuits Trust. The guiding principles of the trust are:

Bassenfell Manor is a residential outdoor centre providing hospitality for a variety of self-catering or catered-for groups and schools. The gospel is at the heart of all we do and our desire is to share the good news with all those who stay here. We provide a range of outdoor activities for our guests and community that help them engage with the world around them, and encourage them to seek answers to questions about their place in the world and the possibility of a personal relationship with God.

The current team comprises four permanent staff, complimented by part-time cleaning and instructional staff.
