Purpose :   To pioneer, lead and develop St Christopher’s outreach and ministry to children and families, nurturing them to become faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.   Role and Key Responsibilities : Attend Sunday worship at St Christopher’s and become active in the life of the church. Consider our current arrangements for children and families and take the lead in introducing ways of doing things differently to improve our ministry and outreach. Involvement in planning and delivery of our all-age service once a month, ensuring content is relevant and engaging for families. Consider opportunities for “non-Sunday” church and different ways of being church. Be the overall co-ordinator of Junior Church for 4-11 year-olds (which meets parallel with the Sunday morning worship service), planning and organising the teaching programme.
