At JERICHO we break barriers and change lives. Established in 1993 we support people marginalised by society and barriers to find employment and personal fulfilment. We believe in a just society where everyone has a chance to prosper and we support those who need it most. 

 JERICHO operates seven social enterprises across Birmingham to provide work opportunities and individualised support for people who face real and significant challenges in getting a job.
These could include trauma, insufficient work experience, health & wellbeing needs, education barriers and communication challenges.
