The primary purpose of this role is to offer leadership, guidance and support to churches in the Hull Area Team concerning their ministry to and with children, families and young people. The postholder will identify opportunities to engage with children, families and young people in some areas, and will help to develop existing work in other areas. The role also includes being part of the Yorkshire Synod WILDERNESS team to deliver a central program of work with children and young people. This is a flexible post with no fixed office space. The post holder will be expected to work from the churches, and some element of hybrid/home working may also be necessary.
